Mobility, advocacy and readiness for AI
Six questions EVA asks at the end of the same conversation. They cost the person a minute and they tell you three things a competency framework cannot: who would move, who would recommend you, and who is already working with AI. All of it is stated intention on one day, not a commitment, and none of it belongs in a selection decision.
Would you recommend Maison Lumière to a friend as a place to work?
Answered from 0 to 10. Promoters are 9 and 10, passives 7 and 8, detractors 0 to 6. The score is the share of promoters minus the share of detractors, so it runs from minus 100 to plus 100.

Are you open to relocating for new opportunities?

AI in the work today
Three questions, one population. Frequency is what people do now, recency is whether the habit is live, and hands-on experience is how deep it goes. Read them together: frequent use with shallow experience is a training opportunity, rare use with deep experience is a redeployment one.
Who is asking for AI training
Hands-on experience against the answer to "would you be interested in receiving AI-related training from us". Cells are counts of people; click one to see who.
The mobile and AI-ready pool
How to use these answers. They are stated intentions collected in a single conversation, and intentions move. Relocation willingness changes with family circumstance and is never a reason to overlook someone for a local role. Recommendation scores are anonymous in aggregate and must not be traced to a named person in any management conversation; this page shows them by group only, at or above five people. Use the readiness answers to size a training programme, to build a deployment pool people have opted into, and to start conversations, not to rank, select or assess anyone.
